本場の料理を勉強する為にフランス研修に行ってまいりました。

お店はParis の三ッ星レストランPAVILLON“LEDOYEN”

フレンチの本場でありながらも常に斬新な盛り付けや味付け、

調理法を追及。

それに伴うサービスも本当に素晴らしく、

良い刺激となりました！！

学んだ料理を元に皆様にお気に召していただける味付けに調整し、

次のメニュー作りに役立てます！

I was in France to learn authentic dishes,

so I went to PAVILLON "LEDOYEN" of Paris

where was granted the highest rank of three star.

Cooking method, tastes, behaving and service

were wonderful! I promise you to catch up with the trend

and making wonderful dishes for all customers

thanks to this experience.
