ゲストの方に苦手な食材やアレルギー等、事前に確認されていても

当日になって初めて分かることもあります。

教会のスタッフはお皿に料理が残っていると

苦手な食材があるのか必ずお伺いします。

苦手食材があればさらに詳しくお伺いして

次の料理から別の食材にてご準備いたしますので

ゲストの方もご新郎様ご新婦様も

安心して当日を楽しんでくださいね♪

Did you notice the food which guests don’t like?

What’s up, everybody?

I’m Yuji Morita, work as a banquet manager.

Even if you ask your friends and your family if you have some allergies or some stuff you don’t like in advance, sometimes you could notice some new information about guests on your wedding day.

When guests leave a dish unfinished, we will ask a reason why you do.

If there are some ingredients guests don’t like,

We make new dishes with new ingredients for them.
