新鮮な蕪入荷しました！

皆様、こんにちは！！

料理長の大林です。

蕪は、最も古い野菜の一つで、 

日本には、弥生時代に伝わったと言われています。

そんな古い時代から愛されてきた野菜ですが 

今日はいつも以上に素晴らしい蕪が入荷したので思わず写真を撮りました☆ 

当教会では、オードブルのムースに使用したり、 

魚料理の付け合せにしたりしています

私は家では薄くスライスして軽く塩とオリーブオイルで

食べるのが大好きです♪

Hello, everyone!

I’m Obayashi, work as a head chef.

A turnip is the oldest vegetable and has been used for a dish for a long time.

I got more splendid turnips, so I took a picture immediately today.

I use it for the mousse of the hors d'oeuvre

and use it for the garnish of fish dishes.

It’s a good way for me to cut it thinly and eat with salt and olive oil.
